Neiedomājami garšīgi kartupeļi portugāļu gaumē! Vieglāk pagatavojami, kā jums šķiet!
Ja meklējat gardu veidu, kā pusdienās vai vakariņās pagatavot kartupeļus, tad šī recepte jums noteikti jāizmēģina!
Sastāvdaļas:
- 400 g kartupeļi
- 2-3 ķiploku daiviņas
- Sāls pēc gaumes
- Sviests pēc gaumes
- Rozmarīns pēc gaumes
Pagatavošana:
Kartupeļus rūpīgi nomazgā, novāra līdz gatavības pakāpei. Pa to laiku notīra ķiploku un smalki sagriež. Cepešpannu ietauko ar sviestu, uzliek ķiplokus.
Gatavos kartupeļus vienā slānī saliek uz cepešpannas, viegli uzspiežot kartupeļus ar lāpstiņu, tā, lai tie atvērtos. Katram vidū uzliek nelielu sviesta gabalu vai pārlej ar olīveļļu.
Sāli, piparus pievieno pēc garšas, apkaisa ar rozmarīnu. Cep cepeškrāsnī, kas uzkarsēta līdz 180 grādiem 15-20 minūtes, līdz kartupeļi ir zeltaini brūni.
